This release is a hotfix for Aerospike server 6.2.

Issue: Bundle asadm with Python 3.10.
Resolution: Update to the next major version of Python to make use of new features and address that asadm on Linux was using a Python version with vulnerabilities.

Issue: A sindex-exists command where the 'ns' parameter does not match a namespace on the node will cause a crash.
